Once things have returned to normal, you’ll want to see how you did. This is a key step to improving your performance in the future. Gather your crisis management team together. Make a list of “What Went Well” and “What Didn’t So Go Well.” Address any shortcomings, so your organization can not only survive the next crisis but also continue to thrive.
