Team members need to be able to trust and rely on their leader to feel supported and motivated. Leaders should take the time to cultivate a relationship of mutual respect with their team, and never make promises they cannot keep.
5. Inflexible:
Leaders should be open to feedback from their team and be willing to adapt when needed. A leader who insists on doing things their own way or is resistant to change will not foster an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.
